To send A01: Handwritten Christmas Card to your preferred recipient, please type your personal message that you'd like to include in your card in the Notes field at check out and recipient’s mailing address in the Shipping field so we'll write that address on the mailing envelope!
If you've opted for a calligraphed name on the envelope(s), do include them in the Notes field as well and separate multiple names with brackets.
As we are using a relatively simple system to take orders for our Advent Series: A01-03, we do apologise that we aren't able to customise each product listing for the personalisation! Hence, rest assured that we will do our best to do a follow-up email within 2-3 working days from your order date to confirm your orders – message on card as well as mailing address(es).
If you have a complicated order or would like to mail the cards to multiple people, do drop us a message in the contact form or drop us an email and we'll liaise directly with you there!
Unfortunately, if you have noticed too, we don't have the option to mail our A01: Handwritten Christmas Card to buyer ~a.k.a. you~ with a blank (no address) envelope so if you'd prefer to write your own message but still receive a calligraphed envelope, do consider our A02: Set of 5 Cards instead.
Shipping & Delivery
Your cards will be mailed via SingPost with local postage rates. Delivery would be about 1-2 working days for local (Singapore) addresses.
The rates are as follows:
A01: Handwritten Christmas Card – $1.00 | A02: Set of 5 Cards/ A03: Gift Tags – $1.50
For international deliveries, we'll reach out to you again to inform you of the top-up amount for various countries upon order confirmation. Do indicate your recipient's overseas address in the Shipping Address fields during check out as well.
We will mail all A01: Handwritten Christmas Card orders out on 18 December 2020 for local addresses and 4 December 2020 for international addresses to ensure that they will receive the cards in their mailboxes by Christmas week! Whereas A02: Set of 5 Cards and A03: Gift Tags will be mailed out within 3 working days upon receiving your order.
As our handwritten cards are sent and delivered by standard mail, we aren't able to send a delivery confirmation or issue any tracking. The only way to check that a delivery has been made is to check with the actual recipient. We recommend that you only contact the recipient after the delivery window we have provided has passed – to avoid ruining the surprise!
Please understand we have no control of the actual shipping time or potential delays caused by custom clearance, the weather, COVID-19, etc.
